These include reverse cell phone searches, background checks and some first-class contact reports.




 What do I do if I want to be removed from your email list.
If you want remove yourself from our email list, simply follow this process. On any of the commercial emails you receive from Pubrecords, there is an "Unsubscribe" link. It is located at the bottom. Click on it. Immediately, you are removed from our list. This does not, however, stop you from receiving any billing notices or accounts due.
In case the link fails to work, you can still unsubscribe. Simply click here. This will send us a support ticket. Asupport technician will ensure the matter is taken care of.

 Is there a limit to the number of searches I can submit?
Your membership with us allows you to conduct a limitless number of searches. For clarification, read our Terms of Service. You cannot, however, do bulk searches or share logins. Also banned are automated search tools. If you are interested in looking up cell phone and unlisted numbers or want to Premium contact informationand background reports, you will have to arrange to purchase them separately.




 If I want to opt-out all my information from any searches?
Pubrecords takes your privacy very earnestly. If you wish to take your name off our directory, please contact our support.




 Can you explain to me what a "reverse" email or phone searchis?
When you are considering doing a �reverse lookup,� it means you only have a small piece of information about a certain individual. This very unique type of search helps you to locate them. At Pubrecords, you can search using several methods. These include using his or her street address, phone number or email address to discover information.

It allows you to do multiple searches - not just one. As a result, being a member provides you with more privileges and is a better bargain when you need to conduct more than a single annual search. Do remember, however, that certain items such as looking up unlisted or cell phone numbers as well as specific contact searches involve an extra cost. Moreover these services are NOT available in an unlimited mode.




 If I am a member, are the fees a one-off or recurring?
The fees for being a member are recurring wherever so indicated. When the term expires, they are automatically renewed at the same price and for an identical term. In order to keep you updated, we will send you a reminder by email reminder 30 days prior to your renewal date. If you wish to alter your current billing schedule, please feel free to contact us.




 What doesPubrecords include with a membership?
If you are a member, you able to do the following:
Run boundless searches on individuals people to locatecurrent phone numbers and addresses.
Learn who's calling you by employing immeasurable landline and listed phone lookups.
Search our databases containing more than 100,000,000 public and vital records. Do note, however, that if you want background reports, to look up cell phone and unlisted number, and want to discover certain contact information reports, you will have to pay extra. They are not part of the initial membership nor are they offered on a limitless basis.
Moreover, since many people do not have a criminal record, this information is not always contained in background reports. Nevertheless, you will still have to pay a fee. This is a result of per-search charges incurred fromthose who supply us with the data.

By combining the diverse sources, you will double the possibilities of any searches you embark upon. Why? Because by signing in with any of your social networks, you will now have included everybody � both friends and associates on these sites.
